1. Service Description
Miliki provides an AI-powered wealth diagnostic service. You answer 20 questions through a conversational interface, pay a one-time fee of KES 1,999 via M-Pesa, and receive a personalised wealth diagnostic report with a 90-day action plan.
2. Payment
Payment is processed via IntaSend using M-Pesa. The fee of KES 1,999 is a one-time charge. No recurring subscriptions. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if the report has not been generated. Contact support@miliki.app for refund requests.
3. Report Accuracy
The wealth diagnostic report is generated by AI based on the information you provide. It is not financial advice. Miliki does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making major financial decisions.
4. Your Data
Your assessment data and report are stored securely in Kenya in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
5. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Do not share your login or report with others.
6. Limitation of Liability
Miliki is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on the report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (KES 1,999).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Miliki shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
8. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at support@miliki.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with Kenyan law.
